Napolita opened on Central Avenue in 2014 and has been the downtown Wilmette pizza stop since, with a wood-fired oven turning out Neapolitan pies built on a four-ingredient dough. The menu goes beyond pizza with pastas from Naples, house salads and Italian desserts, and the wine list runs region by region across Italy. Chef Nick Alvarez shapes the menu. A Northbrook location followed in 2023, and both are part of the Vandalay Brands group. Weekday happy hour discounts pizzas, wine and beer, and the dining room takes reservations for parties up to eight. A 3 percent wellbeing surcharge is added to checks.
