Flapjack Brewery

Flapjack Brewery is Berwyn’s neighborhood brewery, at 6833 W Stanley Ave in the Depot District near the BNSF station. The taproom pours eight rotating house beers, with Fantasmo Vanilla Cream Ale as the flagship, and fills growlers and cans to go. The pizza side of the operation is Neapolitan-inspired and Southern Italian in spirit, with a short, seasonal menu fired in a wood oven. The brewery’s motto is Berwyn Born, Berwyn Brewed, and the owners sell kegs to other bars in the area. Events include the Illinois Brewery Running Series 5K, which starts and ends at the brewery on October 4, 2026.
