Graham’s Fine Chocolates & Ice Cream

Graham’s Fine Chocolates & Ice Cream is the candy shop on Third Street in Geneva where the chocolate is made in the front window. Bob Untiedt opened the store with his wife Beckie in December 1987 in the Berry Shops across the corner, then bought the current building at 302 S. Third Street. The kitchen still hand-rolls, dips and decorates everything in small batches: Skalies, the house take on the turtle, English toffee, ganache truffles, caramels, marshmallows and ice cream churned on site. After Bob’s death in March 2021 his daughter Jayni Wunderlich became CEO, and the family opened a second store in downtown Wheaton.
