About
Krema Coffee House started on Lockport Street in downtown Plainfield in 2017 and has grown into a four-shop roaster with locations in Lockport, Tinley Park and North Aurora. The Plainfield cafe is still the original: espresso drinks, pour-overs and drip from beans the company roasts itself in small batches, loose-leaf teas and a pastry case baked in house every morning. Krema also sells bags of coffee online, runs a mobile coffee cart for weddings and corporate events, and supplies wholesale accounts. The storefront sits in the middle of the historic downtown blocks, across from Dario Mercato.
