Swift & Sons opened in a converted meatpacking warehouse at 1000 W Fulton Market in the West Loop, a Boka Restaurant Group steakhouse that nods to the neighborhood’s stockyard-era history. The menu covers premium cuts including Japanese wagyu strip loin, hand-made pastas, a Beef Wellington, roasted salmon and seafood, and dessert arrives on a sundae trolley. Hours are 4:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, until 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday and until 9 p.m. Sunday. The Morgan Green and Pink Line stop is two blocks south, and Fulton Market street parking is metered into the evening.
