Empty Bottle is a small music club and bar at 1035 N. Western Ave. in Ukrainian Village. Bruce Finkelman opened the bar in 1992, and the club moved to its current address a year later. The calendar mixes indie rock, punk, metal, jazz and experimental music, usually with local openers on touring bills. The club describes itself as a place with low prices and dedicated regulars, and the room is small enough that every spot is close to the stage.
