Goodman Theatre

Goodman Theatre has been Chicago’s flagship nonprofit theater for more than a century and moved into its current two-stage home on N Dearborn Street in 2000, in the middle of the Loop’s theater district. The larger Albert Theatre takes big-cast plays and musicals, while the Owen handles new and smaller work. Artistic director Susan V. Booth programs the season, and A Christmas Carol has run every holiday season for decades. Day-of discounts include half-price mezzanine seats with the code MEZZTIX and $20 tickets for college students, and the theater sells discounted pre-pay parking through its website.
