Himalayan Restaurant is a Nepali and North Indian restaurant at 8265 W Golf Rd in Niles, opened in December 2003 by two friends from the technology industry who built the menu with chef Bishnu Subedi. Momo dumplings come steamed, fried, in jhol soup or chili style with chicken, paneer or vegetables, and the curry list runs from chicken tikka masala to paneer bhurji.
