Francis W. Parker School is a progressive coed independent school for junior kindergarten through 12th grade at 330 W. Webster Ave. in Lincoln Park, with about 940 students. The school says the financial assistance program gave more than $6.5 million to 20% of students this year, with an average award of $35,000, and that families earning around $150,000 with one child may qualify. Another 5% of students received tuition remission. The school also runs after-school enrichment, athletics and summer programs. Tuition for 2026-27 is $45,570 through fifth grade and $49,900 from sixth grade up.
