Alivio Medical Center

Alivio Medical Center is a community health center whose name is the Spanish word for healing. The Morgan Street Medical Center is at 966 W. 21st St. in Pilsen, the Western Avenue Medical Clinic is at 2355 S. Western Ave., and the Berwyn Medical Center at 6447 W. Cermak Rd. houses Alivio’s immediate care center. Services include adult and family medicine, pediatrics, OB-GYN and midwifery, dentistry, behavioral health, nutrition and WIC. Patients can now book their own primary care visits through the patient portal.
