About
Chicago Family Health Center has run community health centers on Chicago’s South Side since 1977. The Pullman Health Center at 570 E. 115th St. is the network’s second-largest site and offers primary care for children and adults, dental care, prenatal and women’s health, OB-GYN, behavioral health, vaccines and HIV and STI testing and treatment. Staff also help patients with care coordination, insurance and Medicaid enrollment. Other clinics are in South Chicago, Roseland, East Side and Chicago Lawn.
