The Clare is a Life Plan community in the Gold Coast, housed in a 53-story tower at Rush and Pearson streets. Residents in independent living apartments have a plan for future care in the same building, including assisted living and memory care in The Terraces at The Clare and skilled nursing and rehab. The pitch is urban life: the Magnificent Mile, museums, theaters and the lakefront are all a walk away, and the Chicago Red Line station is close by. The Clare is managed by LCS.
