About
Muhājir is a wood-fire restaurant at 2630 N Clark St in Lincoln Park from chef Zubair Mohajir and co-founder Jacob Dela Cruz. The menu follows the historic spice routes, drawing on South Asian, Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, North African and Filipino cooking, with dishes such as beef cheek nihari, Navayath lamb biryani and whole branzino cooked over an open-fire parrilla. The name means migrant in Urdu and Arabic.
