Roeser’s Bakery is a family bakery at 3216 W North Ave in Humboldt Park that has been in business since 1911. The bakery decorates buttercream birthday, wedding and shower cakes the way they did decades ago, and the case holds cupcakes, doughnuts, coffee cakes, bread and pastries for the walk-in trade. Pączki come out before Fat Tuesday, and the Sun-Times listed the shop among places to buy them in February 2026.
