Weber’s Bakery

Weber’s Bakery is a family-owned bakery at 7055 W Archer Ave in Garfield Ridge on the Southwest Side, in business since 1930. Four generations of Webers have run the shop since Erich H. Weber, a German immigrant, opened at 45th and Kedzie; the family built the current Archer Avenue building in 1979. The case mixes breads, pastries, cookies, doughnuts, seasonal items and custom-decorated cakes in fondant and buttercream.
