Moody’s Pub

Moody’s Pub is a tavern at 5910 N Broadway in Edgewater, about a two-minute walk from the Thorndale Red Line stop. Open since 1959, the pub is a dark ski-lodge room with fireplaces and candlelit tables, and the kitchen charbroils burgers over an open flame. The Moodyburger comes plain or with cheese, bleu cheese or gouda, with turkey, veggie and plant-based versions as well, and a bowl of free peanuts lands on every table.
