Dolo Restaurant & Bar

Dolo Restaurant & Bar is a Cantonese restaurant with a full bar at 2222 S Archer Ave in Chinatown, with three private dining rooms and a private lot that holds about 25 cars. Dim sum is made to order rather than pulled from carts, with pork buns, shumai, sesame balls and a durian pancake on the list, and live lobster, crab and fish come out of tanks for Cantonese seafood dishes and a Cajun-style seafood combo. The pitch is dim sum with a cocktail, in a room dressier than most of the neighborhood.
