Milly’s Pizza In The Pan is a small deep dish pizzeria at 925 N Ashland Ave in West Town, started by Robert Maleski in 2020 as a pandemic project out of a Logan Square ghost kitchen and named for the grandmother who taught him to cook. Each pizza gets a ring of caramelized mozzarella and a focaccia-like base, with rotating toppings under odd names like the Clickbait, with olives, mini peppers and Calabrian chilis. A second shop opened at 3409 N Broadway in Lakeview in 2026. The Blue Line at Division is four blocks east.

- The press page lists a 2025 Jean Banchet Award nomination for best pizza.
- Only a set number of pies get made each day, so ordering online ahead is the reliable way to get one.
- Pizzas come uncut unless requested, and there are no reservations.
