Stan’s Donuts & Coffee is a Chicago donut and coffee chain whose first shop opened at 1560 N Damen Ave in Wicker Park in 2014, by the Damen Blue Line stop, as a partnership between Rich Labriola of Labriola Baking and Los Angeles donut maker Stan Berman. Every donut is made from scratch: Biscoff and Nutella pockets, a lemon pistachio old fashioned, red velvet cake, Boston cream and bismarks, with locally roasted coffee. The LeStan, a pastry-cream-filled croissant donut, is the house showpiece.
