Do-Rite Donuts & Chicken is a Lettuce Entertain You donut and fried-chicken shop with five locations, in Streeterville, Wrigleyville, Fulton Market, Willis Tower and south suburban Tinley Park. The first tiny storefront opened on Randolph Street in the Loop in 2012. Yeast and cake donuts are made daily, with the pistachio-Meyer lemon cake donut as the signature and the vanilla bean glazed as the safe pick, and fried-chicken sandwiches and breakfast sandwiches make this the rare donut shop where lunch is a reasonable plan.
