Wolfy’s is a Far North Side hot dog stand at 2734 W Peterson Ave in West Ridge, marked by a neon sign of a fork spearing a hot dog. The stand sells Vienna Beef dogs steamed or charred, including a jumbo char dog, along with Polish sausage, Italian beef with giardiniera and gyros. The Chicago dog comes with the full set of toppings on a steamed poppy seed bun. The Infatuation and Time Out Chicago list Wolfy’s among the city’s best hot dogs.
