About
Lillie’s Q is a Southern barbecue counter at 417 N Ashland Ave in West Town, inside a pour-your-own beer hall. Chef Charlie McKenna opened the restaurant in July 2010 and named the business for his grandmother Lillie, who taught him to cook in Greenville, South Carolina. The menu covers pulled pork, tri-tip, prime brisket, baby back ribs, pimento cheese sausage and fried chicken, with Carolina and mustard-based gold sauces.
