Pizza Dada

Pizza Dada is a New York-style pizza counter at 125 S Clark St in the Loop, selling slices and 18-inch hand-tossed pies. Proprietor Matt Sussman, who grew up in New York, runs the shop with pizzaiolo Steve Owens. The menu runs from cheese and pepperoni slices to a vodka roni slice on a sesame seed crust, a tartufo slice with pesto and truffle oil, a Caesar slice and rotating grandma slices.
