Oiistar

Oiistar is a ramen and steamed bun restaurant on Milwaukee Avenue in Wicker Park. The kitchen makes thin Hakata-style noodles in-house and runs a dozen ramen bowls, from paitan shio and the creamy Oiimen Classic to the chipotle-laced Pozolmen and the Musclemen with mussels. Buns filled with Berkshire pork belly, duck breast, tempura shrimp and more fill out the menu.
