Union Pizzeria is a wood-fired pizza restaurant and bar at 1245 Chicago Ave. in Evanston, connected to a music venue. The industrial dining room has floor-to-ceiling windows, exposed wooden rafters, a 20-seat bar and a lounge with couches and leather cubes. A hand-built brick, wood-burning oven turns out Neapolitan-style pizzas, and the menu also includes small plates, salads, pastas and daily plates.
