About
Cellar Door Provisions is a modern bistro on Diversey Avenue in Logan Square from chef-owner Ethan Pikas, who opened the corner spot about 12 years ago as a bakery and café. Today the restaurant serves dinner from a short menu that changes with the season, often weekly. Recent dishes have included country bread with kefir cultured butter, a burger with aioli and pickled Fresno chilies, and bavette steak finished over coals.
