Goosefoot

Goosefoot is a contemporary French-American fine-dining restaurant at 4520 N. Lincoln Ave. in Lincoln Square, run by chef Chris Nugent and Nina Nugent. The couple opened the first Goosefoot on West Lawrence Avenue in 2011, closed that location in 2024 and reopened on Lincoln Avenue in 2026 in a building they own and live above. Dinner centers on seasonal tasting menus that pair French technique with ingredients from small artisan farms, served in a dining room decorated in soft grays accented with gold and black.

• A shorter four-course tasting menu called loosefoot is also on the schedule.
