Kyoten

Kyoten is chef Otto Phan’s eight-seat omakase counter at 2507 W. Armitage Ave. in Logan Square, the original room two doors from the newer Kyoten Next Door. Dinner is a single Edomae-style tasting of 20 or more courses built on fish sourced from Tokyo. Time Out priced the meal at $440 to $490 per person in 2025, which makes Kyoten the most expensive sushi in Chicago.
