Greek Restaurant

Andros Taverna

About

Andros Taverna is a contemporary Greek restaurant on Milwaukee Avenue in Logan Square from chef Doug Psaltis and pastry chef Hsing Chen, who opened in 2021. The name honors the Greek island where Psaltis’s father was from. The kitchen cooks over charcoal and in a wood-burning oven, stretches pitas to order and flies in whole fish from the Mediterranean.
