Birrieria Zaragoza is a family-run birria restaurant at 4800 N. Broadway in Uptown, at Lawrence and Broadway next to the Green Mill. The kitchen cooks one thing, Jalisco-style goat birria, sold as tacos on handmade tortillas with onion, cilantro and house salsa, as plates by the piece or the pound, and as bowls with consomé on the side. Goat quesadillas and flan round out the short menu. The Zaragoza family holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand for 2024 and 2025.
