Hop Butcher For The World is a brewery, taproom and to-go beer store at 4257 N Lincoln Ave in North Center, near Montrose Avenue, in the space Half Acre once occupied on Lincoln. Founded in 2014, Hop Butcher is known for hop-forward hazy IPAs and double IPAs canned days before they reach the cooler, along with lagers, stouts and a hop water. The to-go cooler is the reason people drive in from the suburbs.
