Guinness Open Gate Brewery Chicago is a brewery, taproom and restaurant at 901 W Kinzie St, north of Fulton Market in the West Loop, in a former rail depot. The brewery, owned by Diageo, calls the building the official home of Guinness in Chicago and makes Chicago-only beers alongside the Guinness range, with periodic small releases and a full restaurant menu. Most of what is on tap is brewed in the building and is not the stout most people know, which is the reason to go if you are curious.
