About
The Aviary is the Alinea Group’s cocktail bar on Fulton Market in the West Loop, a few blocks west of Halsted and closest to the Morgan stop on the Green and Pink lines. The bar sells ticketed cocktail progressions and a la carte seats through Tock, with a five-course menu that rotates seasonally and pairs signature and experimental drinks with small plates. Drinks come with tweezers, vapor and serious price tags. A separate 21-seat room called The Office is downstairs.

- A seat at the bar takes a $30 deposit on Tock; a three-course progression is $90, the full Aviary Experience $174 and the kitchen table $234.
- The Office downstairs is a separate reservation.
- The bar is closed Sunday and Monday.
- Fulton Market garages charge event rates on weekends.
