Vol. 39 is the second-floor cocktail lounge inside the Kimpton Gray Hotel on LaSalle Street in the Loop’s financial district. The library-styled room pours classic cocktails, whiskey, wine and craft spirits with a small-plates menu, and the signature is a silver-cart Champagne and caviar table service. Quincy and Washington/Wells on the Loop L are within two blocks, and Monroe on the Blue Line is one block west.
