Three Dots and a Dash is a tiki bar down an alley off Clark Street in River North, two blocks west of the Grand Red Line stop. The bar makes rum-forward tropical cocktails in decorative mugs, with a skull-lined staircase on the way in, large-format group drinks and a non-alcoholic tea-and-orgeat drink. The room is loud and packed by 8 p.m. on weekends.
