Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse

Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse is a classic American steakhouse at 1028 N. Rush St. in the Gold Coast, at the corner of Rush and Bellevue Place. Hugo Ralli and Steve Lombardo opened the room in May 1989, and the restaurant became the anchor of the Rush Street bar scene. The menu is Gibsons Prime Angus beef and Gibsons Grassfed Australian beef, fresh fish, oversized desserts and classic cocktails, with a large wine list. The bar after 9 p.m. is half the point.
