Chicago Bulls home opener vs. Washington Wizards

The Bulls open the 2026-27 regular season on the road in Toronto on October 21, 2026, then play their home opener on Saturday, October 24 against the Washington Wizards. The Chicago Sun-Times flagged the game when the schedule came out on August 13, 2026, because it pairs Bulls rookie Caleb Wilson with Washington’s No. 1 overall pick AJ Dybantsa.

Six of the team’s first eight games are away, so the home opener is one of only two United Center dates in October; the other is October 28 against New York. The team’s final preseason game at home is October 16 against Minnesota.

Tickets are sold through the team. Home openers include pregame introductions and giveaways, and the game tends to sell closer to capacity than a midweek November date, so buy early if you want lower-bowl seats.
