Lincoln Square Ravenswood Apple Fest

Apple Fest is Lincoln Square’s fall street festival. According to the organizer, the Lincoln Square Ravenswood Chamber of Commerce, the 2026 dates are Friday, October 2 from 3 to 7 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, October 3 and 4, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., on Lincoln Avenue between Lawrence and Sunnyside. Admission is a $5 suggested donation at the gates.

Midwest farms bring fresh-picked apples, cider, donuts and pies; more than 100 vendors sell fall goods; and neighborhood restaurants cook apple dishes alongside standard festival food. Two stages run live music and DJs through the weekend, and there is a kids’ area with hands-on activities. The chamber produces the festival with Big Buzz Idea Group.

The apples sell out. Saturday morning is when the orchard stands are fully stocked; by Sunday afternoon the pie tables are picked over.

Plan your visit

Take the Brown Line to Western; the station exit is at the north end of the festival. The No. 49 Western and No. 81 Lawrence buses also stop at the corner. Street parking in Lincoln Square is scarce on a normal Saturday and worse during the fest, and Lincoln Avenue is closed between Lawrence and Sunnyside, so drivers should use the metered lot at Leland and Lincoln or arrive before 9 a.m. Saturday between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. is shoulder-to-shoulder near the cider stands. Bring a tote for apples, cash for the donation gate and a stroller with wheels that can handle a crowd.
