Alulu Brewery and Pub

Alulu Brewery and Pub is a small brewpub at 2011 S Laflin St in Pilsen, on a residential block between 18th Street and Cermak Road. The house beers, about two dozen styles from dark lagers and rauchbier to a farmhouse ale brewed with green peppercorns, are made on site and poured only at the pub, and the kitchen mixes American and Eastern European pub food such as poutine, burgers, wings, charcuterie and beer bread. The tap lines sit against a wall of green moss, and guests sit at wooden benches.
