About
Bistronomic is a French bistro at 840 N Wabash Ave, a block west of Michigan Avenue on the Near North Side. Paris-born chef Martial Noguier opened the restaurant in February 2011 after cooking at one sixtyblue and the Pump Room. The kitchen serves lunch, brunch and dinner, with bistro dishes such as country pâté, steak frites and roast chicken, a French cheese selection and a set-price menu.
