Bullvino’s Churrascaria

Bullvino’s Churrascaria brought the all-you-can-eat Brazilian steakhouse format to the Promenade Bolingbrook in July 2026, the third location for a group that began in Bloomington and St. Paul, Minnesota. Patch reported the Bolingbrook opening had been in the works since December 2023. The format is rodizio: gauchos circle the dining room carving picanha, bacon-wrapped sirloin, pork ribs and other fire-roasted cuts onto plates until diners flip their card. There is a salad and sides bar, Brazilian tapas, a cocktail list and a private room that seats 10 to 120 for parties.
