Calumet Fisheries is a smokehouse and fried seafood counter at 3259 E 95th St in South Deering, on Chicago’s Far South Side beside the 95th Street bridge over the Calumet River. The shop smokes salmon, shrimp, trout, sable, sturgeon, chubs and whitefish on site and fries shrimp, perch, catfish, scallops and frog legs to order. Food is sold to go, and there is no indoor dining room.

- The James Beard Foundation named Calumet Fisheries an America’s Classic in 2010.
- Sid Kotlick and Len Toll bought the business in 1948, and co-owner Mark Kotlick carries on the family operation.
- An electrical fire in November 2023 shut the shop until a reopening on June 8, 2024.
- Fish is brined overnight and smoked with oak logs rather than liquid smoke.
- The Infatuation’s 2025 review describes the counter as cash only.
