Campagnola is an Italian restaurant at 815 Chicago Ave. in south Evanston’s Main-Dempster Mile. The restaurant reached 30 years in 2026 and keeps a compact menu of starters, pastas and roasted meats and fish. Regular dishes include pappardelle Bolognese made with veal and pork ragu, wood-fired radicchio wrapped in bacon, roasted duck with polenta and sour cherry mostardo, and short ribs braised with balsamic.
