Carlos & Carlos is a French and Italian bistro at 27 W. Campbell St. in downtown Arlington Heights. Brothers Carlos and Eddy Montiel founded the restaurant in 1985 as a white-tablecloth Italian dining room. The menu covers pastas and risottos, six veal preparations, chicken Vesuvio and saltimbocca, steaks and fish, with separate white and red wine lists.
