Dayhouse Coworking

Dayhouse Coworking took over the coworking space at 922 Davis St. in downtown Evanston on September 1, 2026, after Creative Coworking ran it for 15 years. Owner Jen Luby opened the first Dayhouse in Highland Park in 2019 and a second in Schaumburg in 2025. The Evanston RoundTable reported that longtime office manager Greta Gustafson stayed on and that the quarterly Art & Wine nights will continue. The space has hot desks, dedicated desks, phone rooms, two conference rooms, an outdoor deck and a rotating art gallery, with staff on site for walk-ins.

• A day pass is $29 and includes wifi, coffee, tea and snacks.
• Monthly plans start at $79 for four visits; unlimited access is $195 and a dedicated desk is $395.
• Conference rooms rent for $35 an hour (seats four) and $50 an hour (seats eight).
• The Davis stops on the CTA Purple Line and Metra Union Pacific North Line are steps away.
• Parking is on city streets or in municipal garages and lots; the city uses the Park Evanston app.
