Elephant + Vine

Elephant + Vine is a counter-service vegan restaurant on Church Street in downtown Evanston, a few minutes from Northwestern University. The kitchen is built for quick meals that travel well: the Eleburger plant-based burger, Cauli Wings, protein-heavy grain bowls, sandwiches, salads and smoothies. The owners describe the restaurant as zero animal, and the menu is fully plant-based. The same group runs a second Elephant + Vine in Chicago.
