Fleet Feet Old Town

Fleet Feet Chicago was founded in 1996 by Dave and Lisa Zimmer, who opened their first storefront on North Avenue in Old Town. The flagship moved to its current home on North Wells Street in the fall of 2017, in the Crilly Court building. Today the local franchise runs ten stores around the Chicago area. The Old Town shop is the group’s base for seminars, fun runs and events, and the free Fleet Feet Running Club meets there on Monday and Thursday nights. The store is a block north of where the Chicago Marathon course runs down Wells Street.
