About
Guildhall anchors the Vernon Avenue block of downtown Glencoe with an American bistro menu that changes with the season and a bar program built on craft cocktails and an eclectic wine list. Lunch runs weekdays, dinner every night, brunch on Saturday and Sunday, and happy hour from 3 to 5 p.m. daily. For three seasons, from October 2022 through fall 2025, the restaurant ran a covered streetery on the public right-of-way outside; the Village Board let the agreement end in September 2025 after a packed public hearing, so seating is back to the dining room, bar and sidewalk. Owners Alec and Jennifer Litowitz also operate Tori Dasu, a sushi concept.
