The Tonk is a Memphis-style barbecue restaurant and live music room at 1800 S Racine Ave in Pilsen, known as Honky Tonk BBQ until a 2023 rebrand. Meats are dry-rubbed and cooked over wood and charcoal, with sauces on the side. The menu covers baby back and St. Louis ribs, rib tips, prime brisket, pulled pork, smoked chicken and hot links.
