The Illinois Retail Merchants Association represents retailers across Illinois, with a Springfield office and a Chicago office at 53 W. Jackson Blvd. in the Loop. The association lobbies on retail policy, including credit card swipe fees and tariffs, and runs a foundation, an apprenticeship program and a Best Bagger competition. Member benefits include an energy procurement program, coupon redemption, retirement plans and merchant services.
